You can buy twelve-months Pet Pen Sponsorship, for yourself or as a gift, for a one off payment of £60.

Completing this form will purchase a 12-month sponsorship package. At the end of the 12-month period you will need to renew your sponsorship by completing this form again. If you would prefer to pay monthly for your sponsorship you can do this HERE – by selecting this option your sponsorship will continue until you decide to cancel.
